This hair salon is better for older adults NOT FOR high school students. It’s my fault for not speaking up. The layers were beautifully done but when I asked for my face to be shaped I didn’t get what I asked for. Half of my hair was turned into bangs. HALF OF YOUR HAIR DOSENT NEED TO BE TURNED INTO BANGS, FOR BANGS!!! Nothing shaped my face, it literally just shows my face, the exact opposite of what I wanted.
Unprofessional. I canceled an appointment, tried to reschedule. The owner enforced me to pay her through cash app even though I paid for the services already through Groupon. Seemed very sketchy. Now, I’m being harassed by this individual through multiple phone numbers.
My last visit was quite unpleasant. My stylist was not vaccinated and when I asked for a mask I was met with condescending rhetoric "you're not ready to be around people, you should probably stay home". Mind you this was one day before masks were mandated indoors...
