Extremely happy with their service. My German Shepherd always comes back super clean. Nuria is very detail oriented and genuinely cares about our pet. Karen is always anxiously awaiting Lincoln’s arrival on Wednesday mornings. So happy to have found this wonderful place ❤️💙
Highly recommend this place .. I was searching for a grooming place, since last place closed after Covid. I purchased a Groupon and was sold with their customer service and attention to pets. My Dog Tyler is in good hands. They also provide boarding. My dog is happy at Zoom 2 Groom and that’s important me. Thanks Nuria and team!
This was our first time taking our 4 boxers. Omg!!!! what can I tell you.... they were truly amazing with our babies. They took care of them from Wednesday-Friday as we all had to leave to our son graduation. It was the hardest thing ever to trust anyone with our fur babies. They secured us and provided us assurance that our babies were good and happy and well taken care of. This was also their first time away from home and us so it was scary to think they might go through some anxiety. They actually learned to socialize! what socialize??? no way!! YES!!! can you fricken believe it?? we didn't in till we seen the videos and pictures. Know we can travel and do what we need to do with our having to worry or stress that our babies are not being taken care of. We can tell how they spoke to us about our fur babies that they love animals and they take pride in what they do. They have a passion in caring for animals. It's so hard to trust people in general. Picking up our babies well clean, fed and happy is priceless. We will most definitely be coming again. I forgot to mention we live about 1 hour away.... but to know our babies are happy and that they had fun and were safe it's worth the time and drive. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts 💕 you just don't know what peace of mind you gave us.
