Had to bring my husband into USC Verdugo Hills Hospital because he was in severe pain. We’ve been here over 3 hours. Nurse took the vitals and information on why we were here. Had x-rays, blood work done and back to the waiting area where we are still sitting. I asked the not so nice receptionist here on what was taking so long and was told they are waiting for a bed. All the beds are taken and yet there were hardly any people here. If these tests weren’t already done I’d absoyleave and never come back here.

Very poor communication and customer service.

He explained things well and involved me in treatment decisions which I really valued. Him and Nico checked in frequently despite how clearly busy they were. At the very end, the head hospitalist even came over to check in with me...read full review
