this review is long over due, where does one begin, great atmosphere, friendly office neighbors, and most importantly a very attentive and helpful staff. Liana and Henry are nothing short of helpful anytime I ask for anything. I specifically returned to this Regus location because of them. Thankyou Liana and Henry! Talk about a great team!

***** For the Staff ***** For the Location ***** For the Management / Upkeep * For the tenants who illegally rent the space and live in it as their home. I have been at this location since the start of COVID, early 2020 (the reason for getting an office due to remote work). The front desk & management staff is STELLAR. The office tenants and the desk tenants are GOOD. The major problem is that their a few offices that are living in their offices. Cooking, dogs barking, sounds of "adult" activities on the weekends, the bathrooms are used like showers. It's really gross! I had several late evening meetings with clients and we saw women walking in their pajamas, using the shared eating area like it was a common space in a dorm room. After 5:00pm, when the management team leaves, it's a whole different facility. Either Regus is turning a blind eye to some of these tenants or the management simply does not know. There is a difference for those who work late night and those who use it as a residential space.

Best regus branch to study or do hard work that needs focusing very huge lounge and clean rest rooms, masks are mandatory all the time, the dining area is perfect with coffee venting machine and a microwave and fridge with clean water and ice, parking a are tough to find and a lot of food places around the area
