I came here to get Live Scan fingerprinted for a new job, who had provided a Live Scan Request form and billing number ($49 gets billed to company and I pay the rolling fee when I come in - around $20-25 dollars). Ruben tried to charge me $69 (the $49 and his $20 fee). When I pointed to the billing number on the form, he denied that my company pays for anything. Either he has NO IDEA how this process works and should not be trusted OR he was actually trying to rip me off (have me pay him an extra $49 and then charge the company $49 as well) and should not be trusted.
