I am sharing my experience to help others make an informed decision. My wife and I visited this clinic to explore IVF for the first time. We spent a long time discussing the process with the doctor and then went over financials with the secretary. After being assured about costs and given a clear payment plan, we decided to move forward and paid $10,000 upfront.

Unfortunately, after a month of treatment, we saw no results. We then chose to stop the treatment, realizing we couldn’t afford to keep spending with such uncertainty. I had my boyfriend go a MONTH AND A HALF AGO! They said the test results would be ready within 4 days. I have called EVERY DAY and left voicemails and so has my doctor's employees. We are trying to start a family and this is so important for us to get and no one cares at all. I'll be coming in to get my money back since I can't even be bothered to get a call back or my results.

Can't someone on the phone be a little nicer? More professional maybe? We had been trying to make an appointment for quite some time now but every time we called the rep on the phone was so rude... Rosie get a new job .. This job don't suit u at all.... You speaks like a thug and sounded quite intimidating for a fertility office. I have not been to your office yet and I'm already having bad feeling about this. And now that I'm Checking your review i guess I'll be cancelling my appointment. If the customer service on the phone sounded shady chances are they are shady.
