OPTUM is a mediocre Medical Group. I prefer the Broadway location in Glendale, but I've only gone there to see specialists or have images taken. The Descanso location is awful. I have been going here for the last 4 years and they have changed my general practitioner 8 times! That's an average of a new doctor every six months. How can you expect a doctor to become familiar with a patient and to truly care about what procedures, specialists or medications that person might need when they're never there long enough for a follow up visit even! Dr. Ram's office is amazing. I am so grateful for Supreet who treated me with the utmost care and helped identify pre-cancerous moles. Stephanie also was fabulous in assisting with the biopsies and made me feel so comfortable during the experience.

I had a Dermatologist appointment at Optum in Glendale, 225 W. Broadway and was so impressed. The facility was spotless. I didn't have to wsait. Stephanie, Brian, and Jessica were friendly and professional. I was very happy with my PA, Sukpreet. As a woman, I prefer women to treat me. I was blown away to find out that at this one facility you can have your primary care physician, my Dermatologist, and receive blood work, mammograms, x rays and more all at once location! I also found out there there is a female physician, Dr. Mitropoulos and she has excellent reviews. I will be switching to this facility and requesting Dr. Mitropoulos as my PCP. I highly recommend this facility.
