I have been coming to this clinic for longer than I care to admit as I should have lost and kept the weight off for far longer than it always seems to creep back on. But the more important issue for other clients, prospective clients and for management to hear is the quality of service has been adversely affected from the clinic being understaffed for literally years now. The wait times have grown and grown. I have been waiting for over half an hour in the exam room, door closed, still no nurse. They have been down one or two nurses for so long the employees are always under unnecessary stress, trying to hurry through and definitely not able to give the patients the time... read full review

Great staff that offers support and constructive direction when needed. I have always found this program to be extremely effective. You still have to put in the work but when you do it pays off.

I love this place. The staff- Diana, Francesca, Leo, and everyone else are very kind, gracious, friendly, and professional. They go out if their way to help you achieve your weight loss goals, answer your questions, and help you along the way. They constantly provide motivation and support. I highly recommend this place and hope and pray they keep their staff members as is because that's why I go there. Thank you.
