Elvira is amazing. A coworker of mine got her brows done here and showed me. I'd been looking for someone for a while, but just didn't want to choose someone online based on reviews, since you don't know who to trust with sometime permanent on your face... Elvira made me feel very comfortable. She explained the process beginning to end. She is VERY big on cleanliness and showed each single use item coming out of its wrapper. I've taken many classes to learn cosmetic tattooing and spent 10's of thousands of dollar, but the instruction I received from Elvira Nelson was far and away the best and most valuable. I wish I had known about her before I wasted my time and money on the others. In addition, she is such a wonderful person, generous with her time, and she is always there to support her students afterwards.
