Had elbow surgery to fix multiple fractures. The PT I saw first set up a routine which varied only slightly during the whole time. Visits barely varied. After 8 sessions when I couldn't straighten my elbow the technique was to just apply pressure to stretch the elbow flat. I'd beg them to stop. Meeting and working with Dr. Ani Khachatoorians was very different. She listened to me and had techniques to break up the scar tissue, still involving some pain but with results. The exercise routine was more aligned with my needs. The office area is open, nicely lit, spacious, clean with a gym feel rather than tired doctor's office. The staff were supportive, attentive. Always polite and patient. I worked with Edwin most, who made it a good experience for me. "Shout out" to Marina the exceptional receptionist, accounting/insurance specialist, scheduler. She is a gem!
