One of the absolute best contractors I have ever worked with. I called ISP after having an awful experience with the company that bought out my go-to plumber. The other company had quoted me $700+ for a job my old plumber had done in the past for $200. When I called ISP he asked me to text him photos of the new faucet and where it would be installed and he came back with a quote less than half what the other company had asked. Better yet, he did the job the next day - quickly and perfectly. A month later my hot water heater went out and I texted ISP right away. It was a Saturday morning and he replied to me within 30 mins with a solution. He had me up and running by dinner time and when it came time to replace the water heater he gave me all the options, pros and cons for each and upfront pricing. He did the job perfectly and took the time to walk me through how to go about getting my rebate, making sure I did everything I needed to get the full amount back. I will never use another service so long as these guys are in business - they have impressed me every step of the way and I will be a loyal customer for life!

Marceleno's been a godsend to us many times over--HIGHLY RECOMMEND! You know you're in good hands with Irish Spring Plumbing. Marceleno and his whole crew are honest, personable, know-their-stuff and do AWESOME work. Plus, they're FAST! Seriously, faster than anyone else we've had do work on our home. We've contracted with Marceleno several years now for varying jobs and each time the experience has been enjoyable and the end-product EXCELLENT. Also, his sub Nelson is a SUPER hard worker and a great guy. Marceleno and his team will make sure the job is done right and go that extra-mile every time. By the way, if he keeps teaching me and my wife things about the house and giving us indispensable homeowner advice we may not need him soon... JK :) We'll always be calling Irish Spring Plumbing whenever we have a plumbing issue because they're THE BEST!
