Heidi has been extremely helpful in my recovery from a bad back injury that keeps getting reactivated. She is intuitively able to locate where my body is holding tension and is very skilled in needle placement. Treatments are effective. Im very grateful for all the help I've received from this office!

I am age 69 and visited the Guan Medical Center in Glendale, CA without as an engineer any true preconceived notion as to whether or not Oriental Medicine would be effective for me. My conditions included chronic lower back pain (to which my primary care physician at Kaiser had referred me to a surgeon for), and memory loss (for which it was explained to me by my doctor at Kaiser they had no treatment for). I love the acupuncturist Heidi. She is very knowledgeable and I notice and big difference when I visit. They also take health insurance, which is a plus. I have tried Dr. Guan's reflexology and it is excellent but requires cash payment. I am very grateful for their healing treatments.
