We have problems with our GE refrigerator and each time when George came out to fix it he was so professional. He would try to order parts from different sources to help us save money. He is one of the best in the business, although we don’t wanna see him as frequently (but our fridge does!) When we do, we’re always happy to see him. He is hard-working, attentive, and diagnose appliance issues like the back of his hands. Literally!!
G and R Appliance Repair LLC has been great in assisting us with our LG washer. George came out two times and both of those times were great. He was able to fix our initial problem and also fixed our second issue we had three months apart. George is very attentive and was able to resolve our issues. We hope we don't see him or have to call his office, but if we continue to have problems, he and his company will be the first to be contacted. Great service and highly recommend them for any washer or dryer fixes or any appliance they can repair. Price wise, we think the company is fair and great! Saves us a lot of money for sure!
George was very honest and easy to work with. Unfortunately, he could not repair our unit due to some major issues that forced us to get a new one. However, his integrity, customer service and knowledge are to be commended.
