When I went there in the early '90s I had some of the best lessons I could have ever asked for I learned a lot from them I never got to thank them for that I hope they beat this with you I haven't forgotten what I've learned from them and I'm always internally grateful for the lessons I received

My son began training 6 months ago at Fred Villaris's Studio. Prior to his training, he had a low self esteem and struggled socially which led to him having bullies. Now he's a whole new person. His confidence has increased tremendously. His dedication and motivation as well. I can't thank Armen enough for his support. My son feels the care and patience Armen provides for his growth . He is an amazing sensei ! I know my son will forever use the life skills he is being taught.

Excellent self protection system to learn, very though and complete in fighting system. learning a hard style from a traditional system not only teaches you to defend your self but to live a better life

Bet you thought our Glendale martial arts school was just a super cool place to get fit and learn self-defense...well, you're right, but it's a lot MORE than just that! As you get strong and physically fit, you'll also start to see some changes that most of our students didn't know would happen. Especially the younger ones. They are totally amazed by the subtle changes that happen when you train in our programs.
