“We are so happy we contacted The Floor Center when we were ready to refresh our upstairs floors. We wanted to remove all the carpeting and floor coverings throughout our second floor. Our hope was that we would be able to put hardwood throughout the bedrooms and hallway, and find eco-friendly, high quality non-tile options for the bathrooms and laundry room.

Geena, Ray, Robert, and their whole team were great. Ray was the point man on our project. He came out and assessed our floors, immediately saw the need for subfloor repair and replacement, and discussed our goals and budget. His bid was detailed, fair, and competitive. He bid both engineered hardwood and Somerset oak pre-finished hardwood, and we were extremely pleased to find that the Somerset hardwood fit our budget. His suggestion of Forbo and Karndean Luxury vinyl turned out to be great choices for the laundry room and baths.

Ray made a clear plan that went smoothly. All work was done in a timely manner. They came on schedule, worked long days, and were a pleasure to have working here. They were kind and respectful of our home and made the upheaval that goes with this kind of work much less stressful. They crew handled the demolition and removal of large sections of subfloor with great care and precision, and carefully hauled it out with no damage to walls or stairway. They and Ray consulted with us every step of the way, ensuring we understood the condition of the subfloor and our options for repair or replacement. The installation of the new flooring was done with great attention to detail and care. And the final touch~the installation of new carpeting on the stairway~was done beautifully as well.

Their expertise, attention to detail, and their dedication to their craft gave us beautiful, sound floors and a lovely stairway, and we are thrilled. We highly recommend The Floor Center. They are excellent!“

“Ron and his family run team at Shine 2 Perfection positively transformed our garage's cold and unsightly concrete into a pleasant and visually stunning floor. My daughter and her friends can now be hosted in a learning pod on a clean, smooth and vibrant surface. We went with KRETUS Top Shelf® Epoxy, and selected "Twilight" color chips. We ultimately paid a little more for another top coat to provide a smoother surface for smaller feet not to get scratched on an abrasive texture, which added +1 day for the application. The thicker epoxy surface over color chips is glossy smooth, and unless saturated by liquid, isn't slippery. Overall the fine craftsmanship, service and quality results delivered by Shine 2 Perfection were well worth the investment in our home garage floor.“

Vahan came to give us an estimate and knew exactly what was going on with our floors, which included an unlevel floor due to a previous addition added onto the house. He was on time and discussed various options we could take and how complicated and expensive they would be, and ultimately helped us choose the right option. “I used Costco to put in new carpet in my whole house, I could not be happier that the use Beauty Kiss Floor, I got an appointment right away. I went to their show room picked out a carpet and Mike gave me a few samples to take home to see if I liked them better and take a couple of days to be sure of the color before he came out to measure. I am so glad he did I picked a different color. I was trying to get the carpet in before Christmas and Mike and the team made it happen. Everyone is super responsive and the whole process was seamless. I am doing a complete remodel of the house and with so many issues it was great to work with a vendor that did what they said they would do and made it so easy. The pattern was no longer available anywhere! I was a crazy woman. Indecisive, frustrated, confused, overthinking, and dealing with family in the hospital. Joe was patient, kind, supportive and helpful being beyond reason. “I have wanted to have my hardwood floors refinished for years. Many companies said that the boards were too thin to sand and refinish again. Homero said he could do it and was very honest about two spots that would not be "fixed" by refinishing. These were parts of the floor that were severely damaged a decade ago by a terra-cotta planter leaking (undetected) for months. However EVEN the damaged spots look sooo much better than they did. And the rest of the job is absolutely gorgeous. I feel like we have a new home. The sunlight pours in and reflects off our new beautifully refinished wood floors. Also, the crew was so careful. They prevented dust from spreading throughout the house. They cleaned up after themselves each night. They were great communicators throughout the process.
