My name is Olga Sakharov, and I am the mother of three children — all of whom are patients of Dr. Scott J. Foust. In eight years of motherhood and navigating multiple pediatric clinics in Los Angeles, I can say with confidence that Dr. Foust is one of the best physicians we have ever met. What truly sets him apart is his attentiveness, patience, and exceptional professionalism. He never rushes. He listens carefully, asks thoughtful questions, and makes a sincere effort to understand the child’s condition in depth. During the visit he is fully focused on the family — not on a computer screen. He communicates directly and explains medical matters clearly and in detail, fully aware that he is speaking to a parent, not a medical professional. I am deeply impressed by how respectfully and warmly he interacts with children. He speaks to them, not merely around them. He makes them feel seen, heard, and safe — and that is rare. Dr. Foust has never dismissed a single concern. He is compassionate, attentive, and highly knowledgeable. His recommendations are always reasonable, understandable, and genuinely helpful. Although we live far away, I willingly drive 40 minutes each way just to see him — because finding a doctor of this level is extremely difficult. I am sincerely grateful for his professionalism, kindness, and integrity. CCHC is incredibly fortunate to have a physician like him. I highly recommend him — he is an outstanding pediatrician.
