We only used Comfort Zone because this was the company that my home owners insurance picked to service our AC unit. During my first scheduled appointment, the tech was late and I had to inquire about it. My second scheduled appointment was postponed to the next day because the tech missed his window. They did try and come later the same day but I had already changed my schedule around to accommodate the companies schedule and needed to leave for another commitment. Nonetheless, when the job was done, it was done pretty quickly. I don't believe I'll be using Comfort Zone again in the future.
Great company, excellent work, on time. Hamlet the technician was perfect. He’s like a doctor for your HVAC! He even called me the next morning to make sure everything was perfect. Marina in the office was also a pleasure to work with. A+ to this company.Services: Repair HVAC
