The only HVAC contractor I trust. Sasoun and his team have now done several projects for me, including full re ducting and 2 mini split installs. He also just correctly diagnosed and quickly fixed a wiring issue with my hvac that the warranty company incorrectly diagnosed. His prices are fair and reasonable and he does exceptional work and is also a pleasure to work with. When it was very hot he went out of his way to get our reducting project done in one day instead of 2-3 that it normally would take by hiring a larger crew, without charging me more for that. He is quite literally the only hvac contractor I will ever call to work on my properties. The best!!
Our heater wasn't working, nest and the furnace were giving up and malfunctioning, our house dipped to 60 degrees and we have three little ones at home. I was desperate on a Saturday! Sasoun (on his day off) took the time to come and help us out! He's a dad of two and understands what it means to go above and beyond for the little human beings that are counting on you to provide a warm, cozy home. Customer service: just wow! I was juggling a crying baby at home. The heat was on within minutes! Of course he worked his magic in our crawl space and got everything restored. I love how thorough he was in his diagnostics and gave us wonderful advice in allowing our vents to circulate air properly to the rest of the house and to help prevent damage to our equipment. I'm so thankful to Sasoun for helping us restore warmth back to our home. Not only is he polite, friendly, and kind, but he is very knowledgeable and detailed in his help and explanations!
