Over the years, I've watched her grow into an incredibly talented, dedicated, and professional hairstylist who consistently goes above and beyond for her clients. Serli and Suzanna are amazing! They were both on time, professional, and so lovely to talk to -- it honestly felt like getting ready with friends. Serli did my hair and Suzanna did my makeup for my professional headshots and video shoot, and they both nailed it. My hair and makeup looked flawless and photographed beautifully. I couldn't have asked for a better experience -- highly recommend both of them!

I've been seeing Serli for years--even back when she was a hair stylist assistant. She "was" the best and very knowledgeable about hair. But my visit today was the final straw. I showed up early for my appointment (hair cut), the salon was completely empty, and she saw me--but still made me wait without saying a word. No greeting, no explanation, nothing. At 9:20 a.m., I asked her if we could start. She told me to wait a bit longer so she could keep chatting with her friends--even though my appointment was at 9:30.
