I've been dancing for Ms. Anoush for 25 years, since the age of three. There is so much i could say about this wonderful lady but it will never be enough for the appreciation I have for her. She is one of a kind and genuinely cares about every single one of her students. She goes out of her way to advance her students in every possible way. The most wonderful studio to dance for. Thank you Ms. Anoush for continuing to teach me!

I love going to Anoush Dance Studio for Armenian dance classes on Tuesday nights. Ms. Anoush’s class is very interactive and cheerful. You definitely learn a lot and feel motivated after each session.I also recommend Friday night salsa classes with Em. Very fun and again interactive class.Thank you Anoush Dance Studio

I have so much love and respect for Anoush Dance Studio. Mrs. Anoush is a powerhouse woman, who has not only positively influenced my life, but also the lives of many dancers. She has inspired and empowered me and many others to become better dancers and speak the language of dance with passion. The studio offers many styles of dance, art, Armenian language, etc. When you walk into the studio, it feels like home and you do not want to leave. There is a sense of community. It is such a beautiful and clean studio, and always decorated according to the season and occasions, which brings so much warmth and joy to your heart and soul :)

Anoush Markarians, a distinguished Artistic Director and Dance Choreographer, born on February 26, 1963, is a passionate advocate for Armenian folklore, particularly dance and music. Initiated into dance at nine, she joined a dance school at 13, laying the foundation for an extraordinary stage career. Her commitment led her to the National Dance Academy in Yerevan in 1997, where she pursued systematic courses for classic and traditional folk dance, earning certification as a diligent and skilled instructor. In 2005, Anoush brought her artistic talent to the United States, collaborating with diverse dance academies and organizations. Currently managing her dance studio in Glendale CA, Anoush continues to share cultural values passionately.
