Eloy is the best plumber I have ever seen, highly recommended. He is smart, quick, thorough and honest. Eloy is an incredible problem solver and comes very prepared to the job. I want to say he replaced our broken hot water heater within 2 hours (which included a trip to hollister to get a new hot water heater to replace the old one).Most effective plumber; probably one of the smartest people I've ever met.

Highly recommend this company. They are very responsive and keep customer updated on status. This is second time I have used them. Yesterday had a leak from water heater and they came out, did diagnosis and repaired. Good customer service, good work and fair price. I will use them in future when in need of a plumber.

I recently moved to Gilroy and it has been satisfactory to unsatisfactory with contractors. With Eloy it is at a whole other level. From the start the lady answering phone when I called was good. When I conneced with Eloy over the phone my stressful situation soon turned less stressful My conversation with Eloy and what needs to be done was excellent. He said I will come early to make sure he got the job done. He got everything done in a day and charged me a lot less than I expected. I am very satisfied with BPS. I hope they will be around for a long time. This plumber Eloy, you can rely on and without the added stress knowing you have a good contractor. The lady living in the property felt the same way as I did. We both knew right away were in good hands and we're working with a professional and that are issue we had would go away. Thank you BPS plumbing!
