I have purchased 5 different pairs of glasses from Dr. Tran over the past 5 or 6 years. She is an excellent diagnostician and all the glasses have been the highest quality (much improved over the glasses I got online and/or through a certain "club members" only warehouse store.) I acknowledge that Dr. Tran is chatty and carries on a lot of conversation. I, personally, would rather have someone engage with me than be silent and treat me like I'm a non-entity with a credit card. First time going there (for my annual eye check); definitely will be back. Extremely nice people, most pleasant to speak with, and unlike one of their competitors, they don't try to sell to you services and or materials you don't need. Only negative is, there was quite a wait (in the exam room).
