I originally went on for lower back pain. I requested an MRI from the get go and was denied because DR. Kovacs said he could help me. Talked me into signing up for a very expensive plan. halfway through I could barely walk. I again asked for an MRI and told him he was hurting me. Finally got my MRI, showed it to him and he said there was nothing he could do for me ????? Okay, but where is my refund for the 5 visits I could not go to since he could not help me, even though he swore he could ???? I told him that he hurt me and he still insisted on my visits.... when he realized there was nothing he could do to help me,I was discarded and forgot about. My back is much worse since being seen and I just want my money refunded for visits that I could not do, due to the damage to my back. no calls, messages, nothing ! He should've listened to me from the beginning but he didn't.... My pain is much worse than before I saw him and no compensation at all has been offered.... I do NOT recommend this DR. to anyone !
