We wanted to have all the wall-to-wall carpet removed, raise a one step sunken floor in one room to level with the rest of the house, then install bamboo flooring. Kyle recommended using Jeremy Villareal of Gilroy Flooring as a sub-contractor for the bamboo flooring installation, which we agreed to. All the flooring was brought in, unboxed and stacked in the 2nd bedroom and reading room. The flooring was allowed to acclimate for about 2 weeks. Both crews helped with moving the larger furniture pieces into the garage, and back when the job was done. Kyle and his crew did the raising of the floor and the oak finish work in the arch. Jeremy and his crew removed the carpet and baseboards, and prepped the subfloor. Once the job was started, they were on site and on time each day as scheduled, until the job was completed. They kept the work site clean, and cleaned up at the end of each day. We are both very pleased with Kyle, and his crew. They were very easy to work with, answered our questions with courtesy, and were efficient and skilled in their respective tasks. I would strongly recommend using Kyle (contract & general construction) including Jeremy (flooring) if you have similar projects in the future. Steve & Zana Donnelly
