Mark did an outstanding job fixing several issues in our home, including leaking toilet tanks, taps, basins, and even a clogged shower drain. His professionalism and expertise were top-notch, and the quality of his work exceeded our expectations. Everything was handled efficiently, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Mark is a total professional. He worked with us on 2 issues, was upfront about how one of them was outside the type of work he does. For the 2nd issue, he stuck with us for the 5-6 weeks it took him to find the part for our shower. He looked up various dealers, called the manufacturer and kept us informed of what he was doing. I really appreciate his professionalism and communication - very courteous in all his interactions. I'd highly recommend him. His assistant Yudith is great to work with too - very high trust in both of them.
It was a pleasure working with MG Plmbing. I found them quite responsive to my calls and very accommodating when it came to scheduling the appointment. Plumbing work was also very very well done. Overall, I was very pleased with the experience.
