I just got my 1st cold plasma session here. I am almost 30 year old, I noticed that my skin is aging. I looked for some kinds of skin treatment that can help. It stopped me at PMU Clinic. They do beauty service but in a medical office they which I feel safer to have my skin done here. The staffs are very nice and kind. They advised what I should do for now, not like dragging me into other expensive services. I feel welcomed and that I can trust them to take care of my skin. I hope this works. We had multiple pieces of furniture and four area rugs serviced by Infinity Carpet & Rug Cleaning. The cost was fair, and Theodore and Luis arrived punctually in Gilroy. They showcased a comprehensive knowledge of the carpet cleaning procedure. Once the cleaning was completed, Theodore informed us of the expected drying time. We were completely satisfied with the carpet cleaning service provided by Javier and his crew.
My 1-year-old rescue terrier mix, Ollie, would bark excessively at people, either due to fear or excitement. This behavior made it challenging to have conversations with friends and family. Additionally, he lacked basic commands, further complicating certain situations. While Ollie is a sweet dog when it's just me and my family, he can be quite selective with visitors. After consulting with Rich, we concluded that board and train would be one of the better options for Ollie's improvement. When I picked up Ollie after a month, it was a night and day difference. He no longer barks at strangers and has learned numerous commands that required me to thoroughly familiarize myself with his behavior. Rich made training for both of us incredibly easy and straightforward. He answered all my questions and provided valuable insights into how to handle and understand my dog. I'm so grateful to Rich and his team and am excited to continue my dogs training.

I have been going to Taylor’s salon for about 2 years now, and these ladies are so amazingly talented and so knowledgeable about what they do. I’ve had the pleasure of Leti and Taylor to do my hair. Liz is just as amazing. I’ve seen her do the coolest hair while getting my hair cut and dyed by Leti, or Taylor slaying with the Brazilian blowouts and putting my 20in tape ins. I’ve been blessed to have grown relationships with these girls and getting to know them. It’s so refreshing having them in Gilroy because I struggled with finding a good place to do my hair and was never able to find any place to fulfill my needs. But when I found Leti I felt so blessed. She has my whole trust to do anything with my hair. If you have not yet already gone in and had your hair done and struggled like me finding a good stylist definitely don’t sleep on my girls at Taylor Mae’s Beauty Parlor!!

Stylist: Polinet was my stylist and she did amazing! I went there to get help on dry hair and she was able to help me with a keratin treatment that left my hair so soft and smooth. She took her time and had time to do a touch up on my roots. I will be going with her from now on! Book an appointment with her and you won’t regret it !

Marisol knows her work, is patient and detailed. This salon offers both men and women's cuts and hair styling services. They also offer money transfer services and sell hats and accessories. Wow! Best short cut I’ve ever received. Barber was professional, kind, gentle on my head. She made excellent aesthetic choices given the shape of my head and face. (For example, she kept the crease very thin, which I’ve never had before, but I find it very fetching compared to a wider more “aggressive” crease.) Could not have asked for better. I want to drive from Seattle to Gilroy every few weeks for a cut. :)))

In town for work and I love going to Aveda salons ..rarely do the disappoint. The salon is cozy located downtown Gilroy. One thing I look forward to at Aveda salons is the Tea (or wine) unfortunately I do not think they had any as it wasn't offered by receptionist when I arrived. I also look forward to the hand message, or aromatic scalp message with warm towel wrap...this tends to vary from salon to salon. I didn't experience any of these either. However BECKY my stylist was AMAZING! She listened to what I was looking for and far exceeded my expectations! She is why I am giving 4 stars.. had any of the other things happened this would be 5 stars for sure. Maybe it was just an off day. Either way I will return while In town simply to get an amazing cut with great conversation from BECKY :)

My original review from 4 weeks ago, where I highlighted the issues about having the actual nail techs we requested during scheduling was heard. I am disappointed that I had to take this route to get my point across after speaking to the male co-owner. I truly felt my words fell on deaf ears, so I took to Google. The female co-owner took notice, and since then, we have had the nail techs we requested.
Nail tech Vanessa provides exceptional service to my husband for his mani/pedi. She is always smiling and takes great care to provide the best service.
The day I gave feedback to the male co-owner, I had the best pedicure I have ever had from Kaly. I tried reassuring her to let her know my comments weren't about her...
Fast forward to today, and the usual nail tech I had requested was on vacation, which I knew ahead of time. So, I made my appointment today with Kaly. She was amazing, and I told her and Atina that I want to switch to Kaly going forward.
While Kaly was not originally available at my appointment time, the owner and Vanessa made sure once she finished with her client, I was next.
My husband and I see the change, and we truly appreciate the change.
We will be booking massages and facials for our upcoming wedding anniversary, and we can't wait.
We both look forward to seeing Vanessa and Kaly every two weeks on Sundays at 4pm! They are fabulous and they remind us of the wonderful nail salon we used to go to in P.G. before we moved back to my hometown 5 months ago.

It's a rarity to meet an honest business owner and genuinely compassionate person in today's world, but Adam Colon is both. Furthermore, he is a competent plumber.
I had set up a tankless water heater replacement installation with another company (not Bigg Tree), not realizing that they contracted out their work. Adam accepted the contracted work and came out to my residence to do the installation today (4/6). I had sent the third party the name of the current existing tankless water heater as well as measurements of the small closet that houses the water heater, and they gave me a price quote with a recommendation of a different brand of tankless water heater to use. I assumed that the third party made their recommendation based on complete assessment of the information that I provided to them as no plumber from the third party came to inspect the water heater set up prior to Adam's arrival. Adam was not given any of this information and just told by the third party that it was going to be a simple tankless water heater exchange job. Thus, he started out the job by removing the existing water heater. Afterwards, when the new tankless water heater was removed from its packaging, it was pretty clear that the new unit was not going to fit into the small closet.
We were in a dilemma at this time as now I didn't have any source of hot water and no appropriate unit to install. We scrambled to call plumbing supply companies to find an in-stock unit. Unfortunately, my current unit, the Takagi t-k4-in-n went out of production, but we were able to find a comparable model at a store out in Monrovia. Adam drove out with me to the plumbing supply store to pick up the new unit and other necessary supplies, just before they closed for the day.
Once he had all the correct parts, he expertly installed the unit, but the whole ordeal took the installation twice as long as anticipated. Because Adam didn't want to leave me for several days without hot water, he had to make the tough decision and cancelled several other jobs that were scheduled after mine.
Although my experience was extremely frustrating in many ways and wasted so much of Adam's and my time, I am grateful that it introduced me to Adam and showed me that he is a person of the strongest moral fiber and will do what is right, not just what is the easiest or most financially profitable. He is professional (cleans up after his work, wears protective booties while walking in the house if that matters to you, etc.), knowledgeable, and courteous. If you are looking for a plumber/water heater installer who is trustworthy and really cares about his work and your outcome, please call Adam. I give him the highest level of recommendation.
***To the clients of Bigg Tree who Adam had to cancel on 4/6, I sincerely apologize that my disaster caused Adam not to be able to address your home issues as planned. It was not his fault at all, and there was no way for him to have foreseen these complications. If only other businesses could be as responsible and as thorough in their work as Adam, then people like Adam wouldn't have to spend extra time fixing their mistakes.

Extremely happy but I totally regret not taking before and after pictures of my kitchen and dining room floors. The grout was seriously dirty and actually looked brown. It had not been cleaned for some time as I was limiting services coming to my home due to Covid. Cleaning Services did an awesome job. The tiles and grout looks like new. The grout is white and I love it. I just sit there and admire my floor. The cleaning team was pleasant and very professional. I highly recommend Cleaning Services.

I've now had two great interactions with SVHF. They did an awesome job refinishing our floors on our house back in 2014. We called them up again for another place. After assessing our floors Tony gave an honest opinion that the best thing to do was just clean and fill. He took the time to explain all the options and why he recommended that over actually getting them refinished or replaced. He recommended some products and explained the basics.
We used Rob for a new hardwood floor (hickory) in our home (about 1700 sq feet). He was remarkable. On time, on budget and very easy to work with. We even ran into some issues on the subfloor that he repaired - and to top it off, he added a great base along the entire house. I would reccomend him to anyone.
Came across this shop when we first started hunting for wood floors. The shop is not open all the time but it was easy to arrange to meet Jeremy to come in and look at samples to take home. His prices were the best we found in the area for the product. After a year of patiently working with us to make decisions, change product decisions on him, and be ready in our house he also is doing our install. He is also working with us by doing it in phases since not all areas of the house are ready at once. He did our first phase this week with engineered hardwood and new baseboards and we are thrilled with how they look. He’s a nice guy that is reasonable and does good quality work.
I hired McCowan's Construction to remodel my master bathroom which is huge! I had a vision of what I wanted and it wasn't anything like what I had. Ron took me around to different tile and stone shops. All of a sudden, I knew exactly what I wanted. They gave me a quote and a timeline. Everything went right on schedule. They had the best crew working with them. Everything was spot on. My bathroom came out better than I could have ever imagined. I have to show it to anyone that comes over. These guys were just incredible! I already have another job lined up that I need them to give me a quote on. McCowan's Construction is just the best.
Tim and his team are amazing professionals. Tim explained everything in details, sent me the quote via email, and I made him a special ask to finish the house before a special gathering. The project to paint the exterior of a 2 stories home took them 2 days, from preparation (seal cracks, pressure wash, covers, repairing any cracks on stucco) and 3 days to actually paint. They were on time every day, very respectful, their staff had attention to details by covering neighbors' cars close to my home to avoid any headache, and also covering my roses. The job is awesome, he will use only high-end/excellent quality paint. I liked the detailed painting on fascia and trims, it's super well aligned around windows. Their staff also helped me install exterior window shutters and they also replaced the an old door toekick and threshold so it looks nice again! They will put the stuff they moved to make room back where it belongs before they are gone. Super recommend Tim and his team!

I had a chance recently to work with Scott M. the arborist and his team lately on my tall oak tree in the backyard. They have done an excellent job. They showed up on time at 7:30am on Friday, did the pruning very professionally - nice, clean and quiet, and kept everything in order. It was like it never happened. My tree that looked messy, dense and overgrown got a nice new haircut after their service. It looks round less dense and well shaped.
Scott has been my arborist for years and he is kind, trustworthy and professional. Moreover their fee is very affordable, unlike other companies who try to charge you thousands of dollars. I am very happy with the results and want to express my special appreciation to Scott, the owner of the company and his team as a highly valued customer. Highly recommended and will definitely hire them again!
We have used Evergreen 3 separate times! The first time was for part of our backyard. They were so professional, quick to respond and I swear the work was scheduled and done within 2 weeks! I couldn't believe it. Omar was amazing!! We called again because we wanted our front yard done as well. Omar came out the same day I asked about a quote. Incredible service. To finish it off we completed another portion of our backyard. Super happy with everything and would recommend to family and friends.
Pete came out to inspect some work that was done by another contractor. Pete was very honest and gave me some good ideas and tips to try out. I really appreciated his quick response to my call and for him taking his time to come out and do a site inspection. I hope to use him in the future, it's hard to find honest people who give good advice.
I would give this company 10 stars if I could! after 24 hours of us talking on the phone vicente came by to take a look at the yard and instantly gave me a quote after minutes of looking around. I was very suprised since i was quoted damn near doubled from his asking price just a week before. They cleaned my whole back yard and built my pation within 4 days. They have immaculate service, his crew was on time, ATTENTIVE to details and super clean ! V&L really exceeded my expectations. My back yard truly looks WAY better than before! Annha is an absolute angel in disguise. I had been putting off doing acupuncture for years for my chronic pain after several providers and other have recommended it. She makes you feel so at ease, even when your world seems to be folding in on itself. At times, I found myself zoned out post visit, which is excellent for those suffering from anxiety and racing thoughts. I highly recommend this amazing place. Just be aware that she is super booked because she is excellent, so be patient. It will be worth it!
