First visit here! Juan makes you feel great about dropping off your pup without worry! Very happy to have found a new grooming place for Charlie. Tehy even put a cute bow and perfume if wanted, they ask first. They are experienced to deal with a puppy that’s not used to being groomed by strangers! Will be coming back soon! My dog loves going to Wow. We use a specific leash and cage when she goes different places. When I open the door to the Wow cage, she bolts in so fast that the cage slides back a couple inches. Good doggie curs at reasonable prices.

The service here is superb!!! The customer service is incredible. They are always consistent. The price for what I receive is far better than any groomer I've ever been to in Los Angeles. I am never taking my dog anywhere else.
