Not a bad place but they don’t honor online appointments. I made an appointment online for 10:15 got there on time and was told “oh you made appointment online, sorry we’re busy now”
They need to remove that option from their website if they’re not going to honor the appointments! I would’ve had to wait for about an hour. I was pissed and left. Went to Famous Nails instead. Got great service there!
I’ve been to many nail salons, but Utopia Nails stands out as the best! Their services are always exceptional, and the shop itself is stunningly beautiful. The relaxing ambience makes every visit a true pleasure. Plus, I absolutely love my nails every time! Highly recommend Utopia Nails for anyone seeking top-notch service and a wonderful experience.
