This is the worst cleaning service I have ever used. It’s the first time I’ve ever used a cleaning service and, guess what? I will never pay for another person to come into my home and clean. This is the last time I use a cleaning service. I paid $200 for a deep clean of a two bedroom, one bathroom home with less than 600 square feet. The grout in the bathroom was NOT cleaned. The toilet was left with gunk at the bottom. The window blinds were dirty. The floor in my kitchen was left with spots. I paid $200 for a dust job? And the walls still had dust all over them. Used in past b4 pandemic, always good/pleased. Had again for first cleaning since pandemic And Roberto + Maria did great job‼ And Lauren was very responsive. Thank you all, again‼

The crew was late without proper communication. They stole my cleaning products as they didn't have cleaning products they needed such as stainless steal spray. They didn't clean well and left a lot of marks on glasses, lots of dust left around the house and generally the job was not done or not done well. They increased the price by $40 in the last minute. Their dispatch/office and the cleaning crew are not in communication and they operate separately this very confusing. I will never recommend this service to anyone and will not contact them again.
