Seriously one of the sloppiest nail jobs I’ve ever received!! My nails are crooked and the paint is a mess. I wanted designs and the technician kept messing up. Finally, I told her to stop because I knew she was incapable of doing a good job. This was a total waste of money. I didn’t want to cause a scene so I quietly left. But I will NEVER come back. First and last time and I advise you to look ELSEWHERE!!!

I’ve been a client for 8 years. Today was the worst service they had to offer. I came in for a gel manicure and pedicure. I waited for an hour for my pedicure. The lady didn’t clean her tools or use new clean towels. I told her that her tools weren’t clean and she said that it was because she cleaned my tools. She hadn’t even started on my toes yet. She then went to clean and apologized. Everything was going better so I thought. She was rushing through my cleaning process and every time she put the gel lamp on my toes she messed up the polish. Had a couple's mani pedi scheduled a week ahead of time right before our vacation and my husband sat there and waited while several other customers came and left... we asked what was going on and they said they didn't have time for him.. really?!?!
