10/14/24, called rooter hero around 6pm on about my shower tub being clogged. They had someone over within 3hrs which was what they told me and I was completely fine with it. Customer service called me every 30 minutes to update me on status and that was great. Walter called me when he was in route, arrived and checked the tub out and completely fixed the situation. It was fixed in about 7 minutes. Great customer service and Walter was great as well, would recommend and use them again.
Fabian did a good job fixing the blockage in my main drain and worked fast to give me a good price! His name is Fabian not Favian!
Elmer Rabinovich of Empire Construction did a terrible job of remodeling my house and never finished the work I paid him for!
