My family and I received support from the most caring, warm, compassionate and professional staff. Sylvia was extremely patient and understanding. She thoroughly explained the entire process and pricing. She also provided timely follow up. There were no surprises. Following my husband's burial, they also took the time to check on me and provided grief resources. I am truly grateful for the support and guidance received during my family's time of need.
This place is an amazing eternal resting place for your loved ones. The employees are extra kind and understanding. It's always very clean thanks to the hard work of the maintenance manager Effrain. We had an issue regarding our loved ones decorations but Effrain fixed the problem for us along with one of the ladies from the office. They were very helpful and understanding. I don't know the ladies name but will update once I got back there.
Toilets: Very clean
My sister passed and this was the second time I was responsible for burying a love one at RMP, I also have other family members buried there. I received great service, Jeannette is knowledgeable and communicates in a compassionate and understanding way. I will also be buried at RMP when it is my time, I have no complaints.
