Just wanted to give credit where credit is due. R&S Doors was one of the vendors who I contacted to assist us in a "roll up door" install at one of our retail locations in the Los Angeles area, and with so many failing to show up, lack on bid submissions, I believe I found R&S who will now be our go to installer as they provided both excellent services, as well as competive pricing in a timely manner. From start to finish, the communications is a key item, and they did not fail, as they were able to keep me informed from our order being submitted, an expected delivery date, along with a tentative day of install. Dan and Alex came to repair our roll down gate and did a job well done, they came in on time according to what was scheduled, showed professionalism and courteousness will definitely use R&S again and will recommend to others
