Ever been 'economically profiled'... as well as otherwisely profiled? Well, I have...at this Gardena location Thursday two weeks ago (in May 2023). It was humiliating, especially from somebody who could've been my sister. This person, the "Account Manager" recited in a monotone voice, as though she were reading, the requirements for consideration to be approved. Her expressionless face was robotic. No friendly customer service from this store! Additionally, Orange Rocket needs to get with it in terms of required documentation for approval.
