The last time both technicians were clearly in early stages of doing others' nails, I was asked to wait 30 minutes. She sat me down and was immediately so sweet. She offered to turn on the tv for me and she even turned on the massage chair (which at every salon I've been to they charge to turn it on)! Prices are very affordable, I'm getting a pedicure and they start at $23! They even have a 20% off discount! I'm for sure coming here again!“

Upon completion, I was offered a nice complimentary cold bottle of water. That day was a very warm day. On another visit, I was served a delicious complimentary cup of coffee, my favorite beverage. My friend, who accompanied me, was also very pleased with the customer service, and she was served green tea. We were astonished that the tea was actually green as well as tasty. The staff greets you with a smile upon your arrival, and they try to serve you as soon as you arrive, or they apologize if you end up having to wait to be served.
