“I had Freddy do some work for me, and had hoped we would be able to work together on another project. Unfortunately, after reaching out to him at least 10 times, he would never respond. It is unfortunate that so many contractors are like that. I had really hoped we would be able to work together again

After reading my review, Freddy was kind enough to reach out to me, apologize, and explain that due to his van being stolen, (which is devastating), that he had lost many of his customer contacts.I appreciated him reaching out to me, as he had done very good work for me in the past, and will still hope that we can work together on projects in the future. “Called the company to repair a section of my family room ceiling. They were prompt and courteous. Not only did they repair the section of the ceiling desired, but they also evened out a section close-by where someone else had repaired the ceiling poorly. Very pleased with their work and will probably call on them in the future.“

“Definitely recommend Cass for small odd jobs around the house that do not require license or permit. Not only she's responsive but also honest about what she can and cannot help with. We needed to replace the bathroom fan, a job too small for electricians we inquired. Cass first came to inspect and make sure it's in her scope of work and kindly helped to identify the model and size for the replacement free. She came back 2nd time after we bought the replacement and finished the work neatly and perfectly. She'll definitely be our go to next time around.“
