They are nice but takes 3hours plus every time to get to see the doctor .... Even with appointment, will not answer calls as well ... definitely seek an alternative ( they can't do ultrasound properly and have trouble telling you what actually is going on with yourself)
1. The doctor is exceptional; she successfully delivered my daughter. The only drawback is the lengthy wait time before being seen. However, once in the office, the customer service is excellent.
Dr Vidal is a great doctor but the office isn't worth visiting at all. It's so hard to get any records or information in a timely manner and if you have an appointment, you'll wait 1.5+ hrs anyways. Zero organization and respect for patients medical needs. You'll be calling for weeks before you get anything back. FIND A DIFFERENT OBGYN doctor/office if you can.
