I appreciate the fact that staff is loyal and does attempt to treat everyone the same. They are knowledgeable with all sorts of computers. They will fix your pc and give you exactly what you want. Gio helped me out a lot with my pc. I love my PC and had a difficult time taking it anywhere, but they made me comfortable for if I ever have issues again I have a place to go. Compunet will take great care of your computer and will make sure the task is completed. I will say make sure to write down everything you need completed so they can take care of it for you. My Dell laptop's hinge was...unhinged horribly. Every time I opened it, it would make a loud cracking noise. I brought it to Compunet and met with Gio. He fixed it in a few days. For a month, it was great, and unfortunately, it became unhinged again. However, Gio was so professional and kind; he fixed it again and this time, they went above and beyond to ensure that it would last. Gio, thank you so much for all the help and support you provided me with. I appreciate you so much and appreciate the time and dedication you put into fixing my laptop. I will definitely be bringing all my software and hardware problems here. Best service I've ever had. Thank you!
