    NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. EVER!That is the simplest way to sum up my review. They are a nightmare, and they will do their best to ruin your life! Sorry this is long... so many explanations; I can't even list it all here... Repair after a water leak - my 77 year old mother's bathroom/shower.Should have been simple. The guys that show up to do the work, do work hard, but it seems that everyone in their business office is COMPLETELY incompetent.It's like they went to McDonalds and asked entry level fry cooks if they'd like a very skill-based job where you have to pay attention to details, work with people and use logic.It's like those fry cooks then said "I don't think I qualify." but they then said "Ah... it's OK, we'll hire you to do this anyway!!"Their contract said they'd finish the job in 30 days (they sure didn't). It also stipulates they don't work on weekends, holidays or CALENDAR DAYS. What other kind of days are there? So, they don't work ANY days? Got it.They will argue tooth and nail about editing details like this. They couldn't get my simple name right when sending me contracts to sign. That's the case though I should not be signing contracts anyway (it is my mom's house/insurance policy). This happened time after time, they sent contracts to the wrong name to sign on a job that person has nothing to do with technically. They screwed up our tile...We approved tile. For the first time on any materials, they sent us a contract to sign acknowledging the correct tile, which seemed weird - they never did this on anything else.We signed because the tile matched by name, but they left off the size of the tile in the description.Seems like this was on purpose because they ended up installing the wrong size of tile. Weird how this happened and that the wrong tile was way cheaper for THEM. They MADE money on this because they had already been paid by our insurance.Speaking of payment, I've now had screaming conversations 3 times with them where they insist they haven't been paid.They sure had - just paid by AAA insurance and they didn't know where to look in their system.If you end up having to deal with William Ortega, good luck!!!The guy has the customer skills of a drill sergeant.When asked if tile could be cut (different tile than above) would you just answer "No" and leave it at that or explain why this couldn't be done to the customer? Total D.This 30 day process started in June and through mid-September, they still didn't have their "s" together with payment and finalizing.We struggled finding anyone that had it together in their business office. I said incompetent? Yeah, I did.2 people got fired in the time that we knew this company. Maybe because they screwed up everything...or maybe they left because they were only ones that had it together, so hard to tell.Never consider them for anything!!! You're welcome!
