12145 Brookhurst St, Garden Grove“I’ve been going to Chuze almost every weekday for the last five months, so…. this is what I think..Chuze is great. I go to use the treadmill, which DOES NOT have a time limit! You can go past the hour mark and not have it shut down on you like every other gym (super nice for distant runners!). Unfortunately, the ellipticals do stop on the hour, so I usually wait for it to timeout before restarting, or I just leave (only using till my knee heals).Chuze has great temperature.I’ve tried Planet Fitness and it’s unbearably hot, like suffering every minute from the heat (I think it’s so you’d leave sooner).It’s so much cooler at Chuze, especially in the morning or after 10pm. It can get stuffy with a lot of people, but I run and I still find it better than PF.For weekdays I aim to go 4am-6am, or 10pm-close. Other times can get crowded.Other things I love:-Cleanliness-Friendly Staff-Turf area (I just started using)-Chuze Rewards (So close to first free month!)-Plenty of wipesDislikes:-Fountain water (taste gross! I bring my own)-Can get crowded-People’s kneesOverall, great gym!Not gonna stop going“

First and foremost, the gym is stunning and the darker interior creates a safe, calm, and intimate vibe. I love all of the machines and equipment they offer and the bathrooms are perfectly lit and always clean.
The group classes are very fun and challenging. The format is easy to follow and they have coaches walking around the room to ensure our form is good. Each workout can be modified so don't be intimidated if you're a beginner! The workouts are innovative and effective. Make sure to always sign up when they have a challenge workout! It will humble you.
THE STAFF IS AMAZING. Love every single one of them and they are always so helpful when I need assistance. They're also fun to talk to and they love it when we loiter at the front desk ;)
The biggest takeaway is that Ark helped me overcome gym anxiety and limiting beliefs. With regular gym memberships, I would go in and work out with my AirPods and leave. At Ark, I get to meet awesome people so it feels more like a community. The group classes are transformative and educative because the coaches help me with my form and they challenge me to add more weight or reps because they know I have the capacity to do so.

17777 Main St A, Irvine“I've been attending this training center for the past three weeks, and it's been a great experience. The small group setting provides accountability, which has helped me stay committed. Even though drive to fitness center takes me 30+ minutes sometimes after work hour due to traffic, individualized attention makes it worth it. With the smaller class size, I receive personalized guidance on proper exercise form, which has really helped me build a consistent exercise habit. The staff are incredibly friendly, and it's nice to work out alongside others my age. The environment is welcoming and supportive--highly recommend if you're looking for a place to stay motivated and improve your fitness!“

I have nothing bad to say. It is very difficult to find trampoline fitness classes in general, and I am glad that I found this one. There is easy, free parking in the lot.“

I've decided to keep working with him for over 2 years now! Danny is great and makes working out tolerable. I hated working out and exercise, but Danny adjusts it to my level and it doesn't feel like I'm competing against others. He's the best!! The best trainer and a great listener! Highly recommend him!“

Then I found CrossFit at DRS. At first, the workouts were tough, but what I liked about DRS was that you can work at your own pace, and the coaches support you every step of the way. They really listen to your needs, modify workouts if necessary, and provide valuable tips to improve your performance.
The community is also incredibly supportive, and the high fives between workouts help keep you going during the tough ones.
After two months at DRS, I feel stronger both physically and mentally, and I look forward to coming in every day to continue improving.“

I am of a particular age where ppl say " oh you cant lose weight nor get fit". I changed food habits completely = to a " clean food plan". The next decision changed my life completely. I found Diane Carpenter's DC Fitness! My journey will continue, as I get stronger and healthier day by day. Diane is a dedicated trainer, who tailors the fitness routine- to the needs and ability of her clients. She is no nonsense hands-on trainer; demonstrating then observing and correcting as the workout progresses. Every session is a new experience but is always balanced with both cardio and resistance. No workout is the same-old-thing. She has state of the art fitness machines combined with many other fitness tools : bands, dumbells, bosu, weight balls, TRX, blocks.... and more. At DC Fitness you dont waste time walking a tredmill; you dig right in and do reps and sets and move from routine to routine. I love this place and the vibe. I love my personal challenges. I love my progress. I am including 2 pictures. One is at the start of my fitness journey and the other is me as I am now. And one more thing: everyone that works out here is welcoming and courteous. I think when you like yourself, you become a nicer person. Thanks to Diane, I feel my self worth improving.“

I started my fitness journey back in January but needed motivation to get in the gym and work out so I decided to sign up for personal training. My start weight was 187 back in June. Dominic is great to work with, he's very knowledgeable and gives great feedback and advice on food choices. He's very flexible and accommodating. During the workouts he will demonstrate proper form and help you correct your form to avoid injuries. He has an educational background on physiology so he's the best when it comes to seeking advice on stretching and workouts to target certain problem areas. Feedback on diet is always positive, they don't follow restrictive diets more so modifications to meet your calorie goals which is great! My current weight is 166, so In a span of 3 months I've manage to get towards my goal weight with Dominic's training. 10/10 would recommend training with Dominic!“

Adam and Zack are masters in their craft when it comes to training where they breakdown each workout. They take the time in the beginning to meet you where you're at whether you're completely new to lifting or a seasoned trainer yourself. This is a playground to develop yourself. That being said, be ready to work when you're there where they will push your limits so trust the process along with the goals you've set with them. Your future self will thank you for it.
I started training with Zack back in January where we went over the basics along with focusing on my process when it comes to workouts and nutrition. He gives you feedback incrementally where it's easy to incorporate in your daily routine. I'm always on the go with my work where it's difficult to have consistent structure where training here has helped me learn how to develop a mindset to adapt to those changes along with establishing a system that best works for me. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to start. It's never too late“
