Mark was on time and did a thorough job inspecting the property. He worked around the tenants and was very detailed and efficient. His knowledge on state codes and what is standard was very impressive. Written report was sent out the next day and was very complete.
Mark did the inspection on the condo I just made an offer on. Fortunately, he found no major issues but did find some minor fixes that were not a deal breaker. Mark was on time, did a thorough inspection, and when he was done, pointed out those areas that needed further addressing. He sent his full report by the following day as well. I highly recommend Thoroughspec Home Inspections should you have the need for an inspector!
Mark did a fantastic inspection for me. He not only points out the issues but the positives which is nice to see. He is as on time and very easy to communicate with and text for easy scheduling. Living out of state he made it easy for us by using FaceTime and showing us his findings. I would highly recommend him.
