Honest Lady. The sole started coming off of my Jordans and instead of offering to repair it for me, she recommended I send it back to the manufacturer as they should repair it for free. She said they have a certain machine they use that she doesn't have.

Started when I wanted to wear my favorite shoes and realized the bottom of my heel had broke. I found Roman's Shoe Repair on Yelp and it was such a great value with a speedy turnaround. In 24 hrs I was wearing my favorite shoes again. Great service. Thank you

I have been bringing all of my high end shoes here and every single time they have done a superb job in repairing them. Whether it be simple as replacing a heel tap or resoleling leather sole boots they continue to do awesome work
