Honestly, I cannot comment on quality of your work, since all work was done in the crawl Space and I could not have a visual inspection. One thing I can say is that your engineer (Inspector told me: Quote: "I and four workers will be there to do the job" on the day of work 8/29/2024 only 3 workers showed up to do the job and finished the work by 3:00PM. I suggest you perform what you promise.
Very knowledgeable, honest and responsive. I contacted Darrell for a foundation concern and he took his time to answer questions. He had someone scheduled less than 24 hours to provide an estimate.
I think name was Aussie but he was prompt called me way before he arrived . Neat gracious polite to the seller who was present. Thorough ...going all around the perimeter and the interior. Appeared very knowledgable re: foundation and water intrusion etc. Would hire him and the company again and would feel comfortable referring ...Just waiting for the report.
