I recently had a French drain installed by Professional Drainage Experts, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, their service was nothing short of exceptional.
Shanese, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. During the initial inspection, she thoroughly identified all the areas that needed attention without trying to oversell unnecessary services. Her honesty and transparency were refreshing. She was always available to answer our questions, no matter how small, and she did so with patience and care. Her quote was very reasonable for the scope of work, especially considering the quality of service.

I was having water come through my ovation into my house until Professional Drainage Experts came to help me repair these issues. I would highly recommend Professional Drainage Experts!
I live in Huntington Beach and our sunken living room has gotten water each time we get a heavy rainy season so I called Professional Drainage Experts. Shanese (owner) and Julio (head foreman) came out to develop a plan. They installed French drains that connect to a sump pump to take the water out to the street. They installed new concrete in my backyard and all surface drains also emptied into the sump pump basin. I can't say enough about Julio and his crew. They showed up every day at 7am worked till 3:30pm, six days a week till the job was finished. They left my house and yard cleaner than they were when the project started.
