“The service is outstanding! I've been there several times, and feel like I rolled up onto a superman. My daughters phone was dropped ,screen didn't work ,and we just simply could not wait. Single mom here, Verizon doesn't help anymore with anything and their warranties and insurance companies are terrible!! Then I thought ......will just take a chance and go into fryedphones! Sure enough, he knew exactly what was wrong right away very knowledgeable almost off work and took the phone anyway and fixed it right away for us in one hour. I was so relieved and my daughter was so happy. It's a great place to also buy used but refurbished laptops, fried phones is its repair company within right next to Pollys pies! He only charged us $110 He saved us about $1000 by not having to go buy a darn new phone or have to make payments. Thanks so much we will be back for everything.“

“Always good and decent prices. I had to trade in my iPhone 12 Pro Max and the back screen was broken. I thought T-Mobile was going to deny it but they didn’t. It wasn’t authentic. The back wasn’t, but they still accepted the phone so with that being if you plan to trading your phone and your back screen is cracked then you’re in the clear although the front screen I’ve never tried and I’ve never cracked it but T-Mobile will definitelytell the difference on the front because the pixels will probably be noticed.“

“I took my son's IPhone XR in to get a quote on fixing a broken screen. I usually go to Apple directly for our family's devices but this phone is out of warranty and booking and driving to an appointment at Apple Store is not the most convenient option. Person assessed phone to make sure they had part and told me about 20 minutes. I have waited on site and ended up being about 15 minutes. With tax came to about $115 and work looks good although me doesn't know for sure until you've had phone back for a while. Friendly staff with fair prices so I'd probably come back for other devices as needed.“
