“I'm VERY pleased with my experience here! I've wanted to do laser hair removal for so many years. The rates and deals here are quite affordable so I jumped at the opportunity. I got the under arm, upper lip, and brazilian done. It's a super quick process - not a big time commitment at all. I hope to get more services done in the future. Everyone was really friendly, from the front desk receptionist to the nurse. I received a lot of education on laser hair removal and they even gave me tips for another skin issue that they they happened to notice. I really appreciated that, because they didn't have to do that but did it anyway. I love Tracy. She is the absolute best! I've never gotten work done ~down there~, but she made me so comfortable. She was SO supportive. She literally used her elbow to very kindly help hold down my knee when I kept reflexively closing up, while continuing to use the laser. .... Tracy has set a new bar in terms of the level of support I want from my providers LOL. I got a new job, which is great, but I'm c r u s h e d because my availability won't align with Tracy's. She has a wonderful, lovely, and fun energy. I honestly leave the office feeling lighter and happier after being in her presence If you're debating on getting services done, you should go see Tracy since I can't“

“I booked a deep cleansing facial and was completely blown away by the results. The spa itself is so serene and welcoming. I felt relaxed the moment I stepped in.

My esthetician was amazing, super thorough and attentive. She took the time to analyze my skin and explain everything she was doing throughout the process.
By the end of the session, my pores looked smaller, my complexion was noticeably brighter, and my skin felt so soft and smooth. It’s exactly what I needed to reset my skin.

“I was skeptical since I did so many procedures to rid myself of my extra chins, not only did Phoenix reduce my chin, she also removed a lot of my sagging skin, nearly erased all of my lines on my top lip. “Took my mom here for her birthday and the staff is very friendly. However, the hair studio and the head spa area is separated only by a curtain. Meaning, everyone can hear everything within the space-- while getting our massages/facials, we could hear people getting their haircut, the phone machine, etc. It's not as relaxing as having your own separate room. The facial and scalp massage itself were relaxing, however, it's a very steep price imo. I paid over $200 for both of us, and in the package it included a facial, gua sha use, scalp massage, double shampoo, conditioner, and a blowdry session after. There weren't really any outside tools used other than the gua sha and the conditioner/shampoo, so I'm not sure if it was worth the price. Overall though, it was a pleasant experience.“

Her retention is INSANELY AMAZING , I wash my lashes 2-3 times per day and they are flawless every single time !! Angie takes everything into consideration when planning out my mapping , I love a lot of volume and I wear glasses so she makes sure my lashes are perfectly placed so I can get the results I dreamt of and am comfortable to wear with or without glasses.
