Exceeded my expectations. First of all, the 6800T is a fantastic massage chair, providing me all the options I needed. Now, customer service was unbelievable. Our first chair arrived damaged, I reached out, they requested a video of the issue, and just a few minutes later responded they would replace the chair. Both chairs arrived quickly. We had a little miscommunication regarding white glove on the 2nd chair but again, a quick call to Kahuna resolved the issue on the spot. I did lots of research before buying and still Kahuna managed to blow me away with stellar service and a great quality product. I also believe the 6800T chair provides more features than any other chair in this price range.

The store has every chair except the one model. I forgot the name of the salesman but he knows everything about the chairs. I ended up with the cloud chair model and I am waiting for delivery. I will write another review after I use it.
