I am the Pastor of a small ministry in Garden Grove and our water heater gave up the ghost. This happened on Friday and Monday I called Jacot Plumbing and spoke to Veronica. I told her what the issue was and I asked her if they have any kind of donation program or if they had a used but still working water heater that they could donate to our ministry? She told me that from time to time they do have used units that are still in working condition and she would check with her boss and see if anything was available. I contacted Jacot plumbing through a referral because another plumbing company sent a contractor to my house to clear a blockage. The other contractor told me that it wouldn’t clear and to get someone who could put a camera in my line to see what’s going on. Well I contacted Jacot plumbing. They scheduled me for the next day. The specialist, Justin evaluated the situation and then cleared the line. Great job Justin. I appreciate the knowledge, experience and honesty. Thank you

Jacot Plumbing is not the cheapest, yet not the most expensive either. But they do have the integrity to stand behind their work. I had a slab leak once, Jacot came out and fixed it. Two years later, my tenant called me stating there is no hot water for the washer. Turned out Jacot had accidentally disconnected the pipeline while rerouting the pipes. Jacot took care of that, 2 years later, without charging me a dime.
