“We first met Tom two years ago when our AC was acting up. Knowing our desperation, they squeezed us in late into the day. Fast forward to last week when our AC stopped working in the midst of a heat wave. And once again, they were able to come same day to take a look. Despite their effort to save our very old unit and in multiple trips, we knew it was time. There was no hesitation in trusting Tom and his team to install a new unit. We received a quote for a comparable unit to our existing but felt we wanted a higher SEER (more efficiency and quieter) so we asked for additional quotes with a couple of variations. Tom was very patient in taking a late call from two busy business professionals to go over the options. He was knowledgeable and expertly answered all of our questions. Installation day, a team of 3 showed up early, greeted us, did a walk through around the perimeter, did their huddle and laid out the “white carpet” in our hallway. It was 90 degrees if not hotter day, we offered cold water and the bathroom knowing it was going to be a long and hot day for them. The three technicians were very polite and efficient. They communicate calmly and quietly, very professional and focused throughout the entire day. Checked in with us and provided suggestions on a desired location for the new unit which sits beautifully at a convenient location. They wired so it worked with our existing control panel. Tom arrived to inspect and check in with us on our satisfaction at the completion of installation. We are beyond satisfied and happy with the service provided by the Tom and his team.
