I needed a local computer tech to fix my laptop when the hard drive on my laptop failed. Andy from HD Computer was recommended by a colleague, because he had repaired her laptop on an emergency basis, which is exactly what I needed. Andy was able to fix my laptop quickly and efficiently, and I was back in business. He knew my program which is specialized in the industry I work in, and he was able to make suggestions about new computers when and if I needed one. My only wish is that I had found him sooner. I will never go anywhere else.

Over the last 15 years, I have relied on Andy's expertise in solving and repairing all if my computer needs. As a court reporter using Case Catalyst software, many complex issues arise requiring a specialized knowledge base of the software interfacing with my other software programs. No matter what the problem, I can always count on him to fix it, and boy, has he helped me out of some job threatening calamities. I purchase my professional version Toshiba laptops only through him. I have the utmost respect and appreciation for Andy and his skill set. Plus, he is such a cool guy!!! Hands down, the best in the business.
